JOOZ Social ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our mobile application ("App").

1.5 Identity Linkage

All user-generated content (events, groups, messages) is linked to your account identity to enable core app functionality and allow complete deletion when you remove your account.

2. Data We Collect

a. Personal Information

- Full name (if provided) - Email address (via Apple Sign In or optional input) - Unique user identifier (UID from Firebase)

b. Device & Usage Information

- Device ID and operating system - App version and crash logs - Notification token (to send push notifications)

c. Activity & Interaction Data

- Group membership and participation - Last active status and activity logs

d. User-Generated Content

- Events created (title, description, location, date) - Groups created (name, description, members) - Messages sent in group chats - All content is stored with your user identifier

3. How We Use Your Information

- Authenticate users via Apple Sign In - Operate core app features: group chats, event creation (App Functionality) - Enable real-time social interactions - Analyze usage patterns to improve features (Analytics) - Moderate content and enforce Terms of Service - Send activity-related push notifications - Improve app reliability and security - Respond to user support requests

4. Push Notifications

We use device tokens to send personalized and activity-related push notifications. You can manage notification preferences via your device settings.

5. Third-Party Data Processing

User-generated content is processed by:

Firebase (Google LLC):

- Stores all events, groups, and messages in Firestore - Processes chat data through real-time databases - Uses anonymized interaction data for analytics

Apple Sign In:

- Provides authentication only

Expo (Push Notifications):

- Manages device tokens for notifications

6. Data Security

All communications are encrypted via HTTPS. Firestore data is protected using Firebase security rules. We only collect minimal content required for app functionality.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

- User accounts and content are retained while active - You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. - All user-generated content (events, groups, messages) is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion - Upon deletion, all user data and content will be **permanently erased within 30 days** and cannot be recovered.

8. Apple In-App Purchase (IAP):

- Handles all payments and transactions related to coins and subscriptions - Provides receipts directly to the user via Apple

9. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 17 without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

10. Your Rights

- Access your data and request export - Delete account and all linked content - Withdraw consent for processing - All user-generated content is linked to your identity for:   • Content attribution   • Social feature operation   • Complete deletion when requested Contact us at info@joozltd.com for requests.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with a new "Effective Date".
